• Only RGBs are permitted to fill out the form.

• Please fill out one form for every competitor.

• The competitor will be able to edit their information once completed (for example, if their equipment changes). They will receive an email confirmation.

• Team fee for each, PCP and Spring:  $100 ea

• Additional Dinner plate:  $55 per meal

• We will send you, the RGB, an invoice once we close registration on the 29th.  This will contain our bank information, which includes bank name, account number, and routing number.
