Andy Picard wins coveted Rio Salado 'Volunteer of the Year' award!

Congratulations to Andy Parcard for winning Rio Salado's Volunteer of the Year award. He has participated in too numerous to count events, in addition to being a Match Director for 50y and 75Y matches. He has immersed himself in the scoring process and occasionally runs the pistol events. He also participates in powder burning matches as well. A true example of an outstanding member. He was awarded by Terry, the President of Rio at the Annual Membership Dinner and meeting. Next time you see him, please wish him a hearty congratulations!
