PAC Benchrest Target Invitational 2024 Rules

​

Competition this year for 2024 will consist of only two classes. The classes are Precision Unlimited and Sporter Unlimited. Each class will consist of  three matches. The matches are 50yd-25yd-50ft outdoors. All participants will shoot all three matches in their class as registeredEach match consist of three cards for a total of 9 cards. Each card has 25 bulls, The best single card scored from each of the three matches will be averaged together to determine 1st thru 3rd placement in each of the two classes. Also, shooters may change to a different rifle for each match.

PRECISION Unlimited CLASS

​

  • Calibers are 177 - 20 - 22 air gun diabolo style pellets or slugs are allowed. 

  • Any power level is allowed.

  • Any weight rifle is allowed.

  • Rifles using electrically actuated or powered components, or computer processors and applications are allowed; these components need not be integral to the rifle.

  • Wind flags or anemometers sensing and transmitting data to a computer device or display are allowed.

  • All rifle rests using electrically actuated or powered components are allowed.

  • One and two piece front or rear adjustable windage and elevation rests and bi-pods are allowed.

  • Scopes transmitting or receiving data from a computer device are allowed.

  • Scopes may utilize illumination.

  • Externally regulated Tethered tanks are allowed. Charging Rifles  tanks during course of fire is not allowed ( So not to disturb other shooters during course of fire). 

  • All cards will be electronically scored. Scoring officials have the final decision on all scoring. 

  • The 25yd and 50yd matches will be integer scored. The 50ft will be decimal scored. 

  • Target distances are 25yd - 50yd - 50ft outdoors.

Sporter Unlimited CLASS

​

  • Calibers are 177 - 20 - 22 air gun diabolo style pellets or slugs are allowed. 

  • Any power level is allowed.

  • Any weight rifle is allowed.

  • Rifles using electrically actuated or powered components, or computer processors and applications are allowed; these components need not be integral to the rifle.

  • Wind flags or anemometers sensing and transmitting data to a computer device or display are allowed.

  • Any bipod with adjustable legs or bags front and or rear are allowed. ( May also be allowed in the Precision class. )

  • All rifle rests using electrically actuated or powered components or mechanically adjustable windage and or elevation are not allowed. 

  • Scopes transmitting or receiving data from a computer device are allowed.

  • Scopes may utilize illumination.

  • Externally regulated Tethered tanks are allowed. Charging Rifles  tanks during course of fire is not allowed ( So not to disturb other shooters during course of fire).
